The Institute for Multi-Sensory Education offers teacher development programs designed specifically for special education teachers, reading teachers, as well as general education teachers and paraprofessionals in our continuously updated addaption of Orton-Gillingham.  Our Orton-Gillingham program is a phonics based multi-sensory training which offers instructional material which is designed specifically to add to your current curriculum.  This facilitates providing comprehensive reading  instruction to your students. We specialize in reading workshops as well as teacher development programs, and curriculum development. Our teacher development programs  are targeted at early intervention. We thereby lower the number of students who are struggling with reading, writing, and spelling when they enter the third grade. Our program is designed for remediation of students who have fallen behind.  The Institute has also found our program very benificial for students who have learning disabilities, or other impairments preventing their reading development such as dyslexia.   IMSE also offer "Sensational Strategies for Teaching Beginning Readers" for parents to use with their children.
